In defence of being ‘politically correct’

In political debates there have emerged certain phrases that become increasingly meaningless when they are thrown around. Example include ‘being unAustralian’, ‘political elites’ and ‘political correctness gone made’.

In this paper I wrote for the Punch and available here, I look at this concept of ‘political correctness’ and why insulting someone for being political correct is absurd.
